I'm Martim, I'm 17 years old and I live in Lisbon. My family is my greatest support in life, particularly my siblings. Who I am today is a reflection of the values and principles that were transmitted to me by them and all the amazing people who have been a part of my life. I'm hardworking, adventurous (I love adrenaline), creative and sociable. I like the unusual and the unexpected (and what results from that), art and, especially, pineapple on pizza. I am studying arts and I am enjoying it because it allows me to explore my creativity. My main goal is to find out what my main goal is and then accomplish it. I believe we can all contribute to a better world. It deserves it, and so do we.
Choosing my sneakers took a long time, not only to decide the style, but also the colours I wanted to use. I went with the Twist High because they are a classic model - inspired by the Converse - and I wanted to play with it and make them look more modern. The choice of colours (black and white) makes them easy to match, and the way they are combined gives exactly the effect of strangeness and unusualness that I was looking for, with two different panels.
